Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Soooper Hotel website (the "Service") operated by Soooper Hotel ("us", "we", or "our").

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

When making a booking through the Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for all guests included in the booking. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.

5.2 Confirmation and Modifications

A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from us, which will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. Any modifications to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests (such as specific room locations, adjoining rooms, or bed preferences), we cannot guarantee that all such requests will be fulfilled.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on the Service are per room per night unless otherwise specified and include applicable taxes and service charges as per the breakdown shown during the booking process. Additional charges, such as for extra services or amenities, may apply and will be disclosed before booking confirmation.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Service. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your booking, including any applicable taxes and fees.

6.3 Payment Processing

Payment processing services for Soooper Hotel are provided by Razorpay and are subject to the Razorpay Terms of Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to be bound by Razorpay's Terms of Service, as they may be modified by Razorpay from time to time.

6.4 Prepayment and Guarantees

Some rates or special offers may require prepayment or a deposit at the time of booking. For bookings without prepayment, a valid credit card is typically required to guarantee the reservation. The specific payment conditions will be displayed during the booking process.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Cancellation Terms

Cancellation policies vary depending on the room type, rate plan, and booking dates. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking will be displayed during the booking process and in your booking confirmation.

7.2 Refund Processing

For eligible refunds, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise specified. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to credited to your source account, depending on your payment provider.

7.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification (a "no-show"), your booking may be canceled, and you may be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy applicable to your booking.

8. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and standard check-out time is 12:00 PM local hotel time. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

Valid identification (passport, driver's license, or other government-issued ID) is required at check-in for all guests.

9. Guest Conduct and House Rules

All guests are expected to comply with Soooper Hotel's house rules, which are available at the hotel and may include, but are not limited to, rules regarding noise levels, smoking, pets, and use of facilities.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate a stay, or deny access to the hotel premises for guests who engage in disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior, or who violate house rules.

11.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Soooper Hotel and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

11.2 User Content

By posting, uploading, or otherwise making available any Content on or through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit such Content in connection with the Service.

11.3 Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding the Service is entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit without any obligation to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Soooper Hotel, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

In no event will our aggregate liability to you or any third party arising out of or in connection with these Terms or from the use of or inability to use the Service exceed the amounts you have paid to us for use of the Service or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have not had any payment obligations to us, as applicable.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soooper Hotel, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Soooper Hotel. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that Soooper Hotel shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such failure is a result of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, it shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall take place in Gurugram, Haryana, India, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Soooper Hotel regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
